It has been six months since Michelle Watson joined Medica as Customer Relations Manager. She has been a great addition to the sales team. One of her first accomplishments was to hire Carolyn Zipeto as Customer Service Representative. Michelle (above, right) and Carolyn (at left) make a great team and we are fortunate to have two very talented people running Medica’s Customer Service Department.

In March, Medica expanded manufacturing capacity to meet growing demand for its products. Approximately 20,000 square feet of manufacturing space were added next door, at 3 Oak Park Drive in Bedford, Mass.

Medica once again attended a successful Arab Health Congress in Dubai in January, showcasing the new EasyRA clinical chemistry analyzer as well as the existing product line.
Attended by over 5,000 delegates from around the globe, the Arab Health Congress is a unique forum for medical professionals to engage with leading researchers, scholars and renowned speakers as well as obtain information on the latest practices and technologies.
