Solutions Technician

Medica manufactures and develops a line of easy-to-use and maintain, low-cost blood testing analyzers for clinical laboratories.  The Company’s growth is a result of its strategic focus on the worldwide need to lower healthcare costs.

Job duties:

  1. Operates automatic or manual chemical process equipment of varying complexity in various production processes by setting and adjusting designated valves, and control switches according to standard operating procedures.
  2. Operates simple processing equipment such as mixers, and filling equipment.
  3. Performs general housekeeping duties to ensure safe working conditions.
  4. Performs periodic quality control analyses as required to complete in-process batches.
  5. May perform equipment maintenance as required.
  6. Must perform a wide variety of routine production tasks in accordance with GMP regulations.
  7. Assist in developing feasible manufacturing procedures.
  8. Requisition and plan for materials (i.e.: chemicals, supplies) needed to accommodate required build schedules in a timely manner.

Required Education:

Associate’s degree in chemistry
