Welcome to the new Medica News page. Actually, we have replaced the old Medica News page with a blog. Just as people use blogs to tell their stories on the internet, the Medica News Blog will tell the continuing story of Medica.
I welcome your comments, so if you wish, click the blue “comments” link at the end of this message to post your thoughts. Send me any questions you may have about Medica, and send me photos of Medica products in use. I see this blog as a way for Medica to learn more about the people who use our products. Are we meeting your needs? Are you receiving the service support you require? My hope is that from your comments we can learn how best to serve you and become a better company.
In upcoming posts, I will talk about new products that we plan to release, and trade shows where we exhibit our products. So visit often and let me know what you think.

In February, 2004, Medica moved its headquarters to a new, 40,000-square foot facility in Bedford, Massachusetts. Now Medica’s manufacturing, assembling, and corporate offices are under one roof.
Medica CEO Robert Hagopian says of the move, “We are delighted to be in our new building. For the first time in years, all departments are together in one facility. Operations are streamlined and the company is moving confidently into an efficient future.”
Medica’s new plant boasts expanded research laboratories, a dedicated training center, and consolidated clean room and manufacturing space. In addition, new R&D space is devoted to Medica’s ongoing product research and OEM design.
