Ten participants attended Medica’s Panama City training session from September 23-26th: Guillermo Hernandez and Victor Manuel Jimenez (Diagno-Lab, Mexico), Julio Yepez (Rocar System, Ecuador), Jacobo Cifuentes and Manolo Figueroa (Merck, Guatemala), Richard Cerron (Intramedica, Peru), Jose Pinto (Amesys, Honduras), Ana Maria Pulido (Rochem, Columbia) and Lucia Castro and Julio Sanjur (Rochem-Biocare, Panama).
Medica’s host for the training session, Mike Holzapfel, reports: “The dealers were very impressed with EasyRA’s ease of operation, low maintenance, efficient replacement procedures and the new service videos. All of the participants are looking forward to using the service videos, and performed all tasks required to service and support EasyRA in the field.” EasyRA’s upcoming full release is eagerly anticipated by all.
In August Medica welcomed eight participants representing six international dealers for on-site EasyRA training. The session’s purpose was preparing dealers to install, maintain, troubleshoot and repair EasyRA in the field. “Dealers were very impressed with the ease of operation, low maintenance, efficient replacement and new service videos,” commented Medica’s Michael Holzapfel, “and they are anxiously awaiting full release.”

Another successful AACC show. This show continues to grow in size and importance and Medica is proud to be growing right along with it. We had our largest booth yet (40’) and next year I hope to do even more. The AACC show is a great opportunity for me to meet with many of our international distributors and this year was no exception. I would like to thank all of the distributors who made time in their busy day to stop by and see us. I hope everyone enjoyed the show and I look forward to seeing all you again next year in Chicago.
